I’ve purchased probably seven or eight sets of tires from these guys. Always a great deal and customer service is next level. I stopped in today just for a pressure check since this recent cold snap sucked all the “Summer air” out of my tires and caused my service light to come on. Chad took care of getting me squared away with some fresh “Winter air” lol. While he was checking the spare he noticed it was loose and asked if I had a couple of extra minutes so he could snug it up for me. It’s these small things that are appreciated and have made me a customer for life.

Ordered my tires & they had them on & I was
On my way.

Yesterday, my husband and I were involved in an accident where we swerved and slammed into a cement curb, flattening both tires on the right side. We were extremely shaken. We called Tirelink and spoke with Hunter. After Jerry explained what happened, Hunter quickly recognized us as long-time, loyal customers. In fact, our adult sons and many of our friends also use Tirelink because of their excellent service.
Hunter told us to bring the car in, assuring us that he would have the BMW custom tires ready for us. Our tires were brand new, having just been purchased there. When we arrived, they literally rolled out the red carpet for us. The team was sympathetic to our rattled state and immediately set to work replacing the tires.
Every single serviceman there was friendly, professional, and well-groomed. It was reassuring to know they were taking such good care of our expensive car. They even gave us a discount since our tires were brand new but had been damaged in the accident. The experience was calming, and I will never use anyone else but the team at Tirelink. Hunter is a star and a tremendous asset to the company.

It’s very rare for me to like a business who takes my money, but TireLink has consistently impressed me. Hunter is great! From working the store front, to working deals, to hands on the tires in the shop, this guy is a great asset! I have used TireLink several times and they have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations! I won’t go anywhere else for tires.
